Information on the processing of personal data

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

Browsing data. During normal operation, the IT systems that run the website collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols: for example IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the request and page requested. This data is used only to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website.

Data provided voluntarily. Through the contact form on the website, users can send us their first name, last name, email address, phone number, company and the text of their message. We will also process any data users provide when contacting us by email or phone using the contact details shown on the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to requests for information, quotes, demos and support: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Ensuring the functioning and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to function and do not require consent. Only with prior consent given through the banner, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 statistical cookies, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to collect aggregated information on page usage (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics is not loaded until the user gives consent; advertising signals always remain disabled.

5. Third-party services

Google Fonts. To display typefaces, the website uses the Google Fonts service, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Loading the fonts involves transmitting the user's IP address to Google's servers. For more information: Google privacy policy.

Sending contact requests. Requests sent through the contact form are forwarded to the controller's company email inboxes via the Resend email service, provided by Resend, Inc., which acts as data processor. For more information: Resend privacy policy.

External links. The website contains links to third-party services (TeamViewer for remote assistance, Google Maps, App Store and Google Play). These services are activated only if the user clicks the relevant link and are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.

6. Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by authorized personnel of the controller and by suppliers providing hosting, maintenance and IT support services, appointed where necessary as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disclosed to the public.

7. Transfer of data outside the European Union

Some suppliers, such as Google and Resend, may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by Articles 45 and 46 GDPR, such as adequacy decisions of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

8. Data retention

Browsing data is kept for the time strictly necessary to ensure the functioning and security of the website. Data provided voluntarily is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, in the case of a contractual relationship, for the period required by legal obligations.

9. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests should be sent to info@intexsystem.it.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Nature of the provision of data

Providing contact data is optional, but without it we cannot follow up on the user's requests. Browsing data is necessary for the technical operation of the website.

11. Changes to this policy

The controller may update this policy at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Italian version prevails.
